Dio was evil as a byproduct of his upbringing. He grew up poor and resented everyone around him, having a superiority complex due to his intellect he felt he was owed for his talents and that is why he wanted the Joestar fortune even if he had to kill his adopted father for it.
Dio's actions would probaby be different in some ways, for example he obviouslyn ever meets Pucci if he does exist in the new universe, and it's totally possible that he never creates the Heaven plan, unless a replacement for Pucci's role in the plan came about in the new timeline.
Stand users relatives can gain stands when they do. It requires some head cannon but my interpretation is that DIO's stand influence is negative energy for the Joestar bloodline where as SP: The World serves to protect the bloodline. That's why DIO's stand existing hurt them, while Jotaro having the stand is no big deal.
Pokémon Magicians red, Moody blues, and yell temperance. It introduce the new basic concepts for the series going forward, but The rest change up the naming schemes. Pokémon The sun and blue moon are both original, and nostalgic. Lastly we have Pokémon Anubis and Iggy. (there are literally no stand names with sword and shield in them.
John 3:18 explains in the simplest terms who will go to heaven and who will go to hell: "Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God's one and only Son." So, those who go to hell are specifically those who do not believe in Jesus' name.
Ronnie James Dio gave his opinion on religion, saying: "Well early on in my life I was brought up a Catholic. Very early in my life I decided that all forms of religion were bullshit. There is a line in the song "Stand Up And Shout": "we pray to someone but when it's said and done it's really all the same, just got a different name".

DIO is a vampire and a sworn enemy of the Joestar family. After being nearly defeated and destroyed by Jonathan Joestar, DIO and his servants manage to sneak
Funny Valentine is the main antagonist of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run and a supporting character in the story mode for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven. He is a veteran of the American Civil War and would later become the twenty-third President of the United States. Funny Valentine wields the Stand known as Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, or D4C for short. In reality, he is
If DIO managed to drink Jotaro's blood, I wouldn't doubt that he would be able to stop time for maybe a minute, but no longer than that. DIO would only be able to stop time infinitely after he completed the stairway to Heaven and became Heaven Ascended DIO. This is what DIO meant when he said he would be able to stop time infinitely.
This means that, even if Father Pucci can literally decide the faith of the universe, nothing prevents him from dying like the idiot he surely does not want to be. Then, he dies, of course. Before dying, Father Pucci decides to accelerate time again, hoping to prevent the result of Emporio's plan (his death) before it actually realizes.
